Someone was selling those (or something like them) at my school's tailgate.... From my experience - they're not very stable at speed..... Perhaps fully loaded it would be better

Do you mean the driver being fully loaded or the vehicle being fully loaded (which would lead the driver to be fully loaded as well)?
