Who's looking forward to the 2011 Ford Fiesta?

I just test drove one, it's a pretty great car. It will be one of the best on the market. Test drive report coming!

So, are you looking forward to it? Want to buy it? Want to know more? Hate the idea of it?

Just curious

I like it. I've already seen info on other threads and it looks to be good.

Hmmm... fancy looks, almost like a cross between a Mazda 3 and a Focus...
If they can actually make it a legitimate mpg contender, then kudos to FoMoCo.
If not... well another piece of junk on the market.

I went here :

The 2011 Ford Fiesta - Coming Stateside Early 2010 | The official site of the Ford Fiesta | FordVehicles.com | Ford Vehicles

And found this :

Then I went here :

Ford UK

And found this :

The engine configuration led me here :

FORD Fiesta Manual 5-speed 1.6 Duratec TI-VCT 120PS [from 2009] CO2 Emissions & Ratings At What Green Car

I used this calculator to compute 39.9 MPG USA. But, this MPG is not based on the US EPA driving calculation.

They told me about 40 mpg US for the 1.6L model in EPA testing.

It's based on the Mazda2.

Very solid car, doesn't feel cheap or poorly made at all.

No interest in any new cars, other than that 10 years from now they will become my "Tempos"- get 'em for free or nearly so.
