Only one more week......
 

This time is near! Is one more week I will be departing to Florida to repair and pick up my 1995 maxima, soon the fuel savings will be a real thing! Hopefully the repairs will go quickly enough so I can drive the thing about during the majority of the week I am there lol!

On another note my family has finally gotten rid of our V6 and upgraded to a full fleet of V8s, ironically this newest one (2015 ram 1500) is getting 26mpg average witch is 10 more than the V6 we just ditched and 13 more than the other two V8s.......not exactly sure why it is doing so well.....

Probably the transmission.

Good point, its got an 8speed the other ones have a 6 and 3(4 with OD) respectively.....kinda shocking though!

Probably 11-1200 rpm at 60. There has always been the potential for 80% mileage improvement with capacitive powertrains.

Yeah it's a gift, in great condition with less than 80k miles on it with all options. Totally worth the trip if you ask me!

Yes, gonna be much better than my truck lol!

Heck yeah, your mileage will be 2.5 - 3x higher without even trying.
