Question Torque (android app)

Greeting fellow modders. Been a while.

Hoping some of you clever sorts can help with this. I have a ScanGauge which shows my Miles Per Litre (I think MPG is in US gallons) pretty accurately. I recently purchased a bluetooth OBD dongle and Torque from the Android market.

Torque is still quite under development and it's calculation for MPG (for diesel) is way under reading.

What I'd like help with is how you calculate MPG for a modern diesel engine. I'm guessing if the ScanGauge can do it from only OBD input then Torque should be able too.

I'm not the/a developer or anything, I'd just like to help get it working as it should.

If anyone knows how to calculate this kind of thing, it'll be you guys!
