Homemade Velomobile w/ Electric Assist
This is pretty amazing - 250watt hub motor, 48v 15Ah battery with about 200km range. That's about 5Wh/km.

Sounds about right, since my pedal-assist electric bike comes in at ~7 wh/km with me doing half the work.
