Feeling “Nostalgic” Retrostation PC Appears to be Euro Only

Hi guys

Just curious has anyone found one of these for sale on Amazon or in the US?

https://explosionoffun.com/product-c...retroconsoles/

My experience with importing from Europe is extraordinarily negative and having even the mediocre protection of aliexpress (us) is better.

I estimate a 6 month wait if I order but am ok with that , I would like not having to keep all my old equipment functional all the time and this looks like a good way to cut down wear and tear.

The interface and hardware for the Pc version seem to be one of the better examples of these things

And no I do not want to make my own, already have a game room full of antiques and a bunch of random emulation crapola, the integration so I can be lazy is what attracted me to this solution (and the fact it mostly works for my target legacy games)

Thanks

Why wait six months? https://retropie.org.uk/

Pick an appropriate case design. all3dp.com/1/retropie-case-raspberry-pi-handheld-game-console-gameboy/ or use the one it comes with.

Prices start at $35.

I haven't seen them in the US. Reddit user reviews don't seem super positive though.

I personally prefer to play on legacy equipment myself. Yeah, it gets bulky, but its as I remember it which is part of the nostalgic alure.

And you can get legacy hardware for $5 @ the thrift shops from time to time

Currently I only play on legacy equipment but would like to simplify.

The 14k is an older android unit that isn’t powerful enough to run most newer systems

The “55k PC” version is much better and it can also run older dos and Windows games. Still not powerful enough for a good PS2 experience but that’s not what I’m after.

I would love to figure out what system they are using to resell but haven’t found anything identical.
