Well, there's Thorium, but then they wouldn't be able to reprocess the MOX.

I lived near fukushima from 2003 to 2006, some of those tsunami warning stones seem like they are approximately 2 miles inland and some were placed as far back as 600 years ago.

Quake Watch
They have now called six for six. They shifted the prediction to Japan from further North two hours before the 6.2 quake on November the 11th.
Their earthquake prediction app is in beta right now.
