Replacement Battery

I am shopping around for a battery for my 2007 Civic Hybrid. I am looking at the either Bumblebee Battery or Hybrid Revolt. I like some of the things I have read about Bumblebee, but I have trouble coming up with all the cash up front including the core charge and shipping. But Hybrid Revolt has an option that I can pay all at once. However, this option only comes with a 6 month warranty instead of their 2 or 3 year warranty. I would like the longer warranty, but just don't have the cash. I am curious if anybody has had experience with Hybrid Revolt? Would anyone recommend their batteries?

If you visit the insightcentral site you can see testing of chinese ebay batteries as well as others. You really get what you pay for. Just think of it as your engine needs rebuilding or replacing.

If you are just going to sell the car, go cheap so the ima light wont be on for a while.

Anyhoo, you can by pass the ima system and drive gas only and save up for the battery. You can also balance it, do the battery stick hokey pokey to get a set in a ball park of similar voltages.

I think you are in VA? You ought to look up JimE on here.

Do you need the battery right now, or is this for when it dies/preventative maintenance?
If you're planning on keeping the car for a long time, I would save up for the Bumblebee. You could always email them and see if they can work with you concerning the core charge.
