Hi, I finally got myself registerd.

I'm bogged down remoddeling one side of my duplex right now, but I hope to be done this month.

wow, that's quite an undertaking, but you seem to be making excellent progress. Makes us all look quite lazy by comparison...with the exception of CoyoteX, of course.

That's an extremely neat project. It's good to have people that do things.

It's not even the cost of doing these things that stops some people, some of us don't even have the tools which are sometimes worth more than the projects.

When i have a situation like that (such as welding) i put an add on craigs list - "Come weld for me and i'll pay you $x for the day. BYOEquipment" it usally works pretty good.
