Volt at Cars N Coffee Raleigh

Went to Cars N Coffee in Raleigh, NC this morning and somone had a Volt (sorry, no pics).
Wanted to crawl underneath and take a look at the aero bits but I was dressed in my work cloths and I felt a bit wierd with the owner right there.
Hopefully he will be there next time and I'll bring a camera.

Has had it three weeks and had to go out of state to find a dealer with one so it was a long drive back. He said he has about 800 miles on it so far and have averaged 75 mpg.

This guy is not a hypermiler at all but even so 75 mpg is weak.
I will give him a break and figure when he picked up the car he probably got all of 30 miles on the battery and then had to drive 300+ miles on gas alone and I bet he was doing 75mph the whole way.

There were also two Fiat 500's. Didn't even know they had started selling them in the states. Cute car, not sure if I would drive it but I'm sure my wife would look good in one. City and highway mpgs both in the 30's with the multiair engine. Wonder if the US is going to get the twinair engine and how much better gas mileage that will get.
