A Mixed cup?

I thought this was an interesting picture because the rear of the car looks nice and aero, but the frontend is very '32 Hot Rod look.

You sort of see a full custom lead sled, or a raw Hot Rod; just seemed an odd mix to me.

Have you ever had a reaction to seeing a car you know that NOW has an incorrect ( as far as stock standard goes ) frontend on it?

My example is seeing a full sized '65 Chevy with a '66 frontend bolted on.
It disturbed my brain immensely at the time.

Now it doesn't bother me if I see an early Ranchero with a Comet frontend.

I always thought that the Subaru Brat would be a fun car to put different front ends on!

I still want to make the front end of my '85 Suburban look like a '70 Chevelle SS.

What weirdness have you seen; and what different ideas do you have???

The Rolls Royce front ends on VW Beetles.
Fortunately I haven't seen them on the New Beetle.
