Which timing belt (kit) should I purchase (survey) 99 Accord
 
Also, what else should I replace while I am in there? I planned on replacing the seals, but which ones? Crank and cam shaft? I have read water pump, tensioner, and pulleys. that I need to remove the serpentine belt, so I should replace that as well. What else?
Thermostat?

Rockauto has Dayco, Continental, and Conitech kits with water pump and seals for $76 - $126

Gates. Anything else is a waste
Replace
Rad cap
Coolant
Thermostat
Upper/lower rad hose
All timing belt tensioners (gates kit will include these).
Timing belt.
Front main seal/crank seal(only if it's leaking. Otherwise leave it alone).
All drive belts (AC/ALT/PS, it's probably all one belt).

Why replace all this stuff? Well, doing this job is kind of a ***** because it's a FWD car. Would hate to see you blow the engine because something cheap like a 5$ radiator hose bursts.

I'm not recommending a particular brand. But doing the water pump, tensioners and belts at the same time is a good thing. Odds are the coolant is crap by this point, so being able to flush that and replace the thermostat is a good idea too.

I like to use good parts. Aisin water pump and NTC thermostat. I've seen plenty of aftermarket replacement parts fail. I'm still on the original water pump on my Honda. 26 years and 241k miles! I check it when I do the timing belt. Never leaked a drop and the thing spins like it should. Original hoses too! I won't replace good original parts with crappy aftermarket stuff that'll fail in a year or two.

I recently replaced a water pump on a Corolla. Coolant was pouring out of it onto the ground. I removed a cheap GMB water pump. I'm sure the original was an Aisin and I'm guessing it was fine and replaced as preventative maintenance. The car's owner supplied me with another GMB pump....

Be careful if you buy from Honda. Their replacement part aren't always the same quality as the original parts. You're mostly paying extra for the "Honda" box the part comes in. I haven't ordered from them in a while, but PartsGeek sells OE supplier parts without the dealer prices.

I would replace:
-all timing belt components (I'm not that picky about the belt brand, but I like to see Japanese bearings in the tensioners)
-coolant (unless it was changed recently)
-thermostat (up to you, but get an NTC brand)
-crank and cam seals (get good ones!)

I would inspect:
-all coolant hoses (look for soft or bloated spots)
-hose clamps for rust (probably not a issue where you live!)
-accessory belts (look for cracking/fraying)
-water pump (should have no signs of leaking and have slight resistance when you spin it)

Interference engine, presumably. Replace everything - water pump, tensioner, idle pulleys, etc - and use a recognizable/good brand.

I went with a complete Gates kit for my wife's Honda engine, since it wasn't much more than any other brand and I trust their products(and I need to trust their products on an interference engine). Been in there a year now without a hitch.

In 50 years of motoring I have never had to replace a crank or a cam seal. Have I just been lucky?

Definitely go with the gates. My mom had her timing belt go at 140k, replaced it then along with a top end rebuild on her CRV. Put in a gates belt. She just had it replaced again at 210k, mechanic asked her if she wanted to replace it because it still looked excellent.

(Yes she replaced it with another gates belt kit).

The seals do last an unbelievably long time. I don't always replace them, but good quality seals are cheap, hard to access and can coat a new timing belt with oil if they do fail. So it can be a good idea to replace them when you have access to them. I've seen some that were leaking badly, some that were just barely seeping oil, but most seem to just last forever. I replaced my cam seal and front crank seal when I did my timing belt last time. And I replaced the rear crank seal when I did the clutch. I don't recall any of them leaking, but I was switching to 0w-20 synthetic oil and wanted to make sure my car stayed leak-free.

I have read comments that the Gates kit came with good components, bad ones, and you never knew what you would get. I contacted Rockauto and they responded:

It makes sense. I get people who demand to know where something was made. I don't want any cheap Chinese crap! is the usual position.

Like RockAuto, I deal with a brand, not a factory. I generally ask them how they like their iPhone. You know, the one made in China. If Gates is happy to put a part in their package under their name, it's a quality part. Don't worry about it.
