Lower MS. Moss point area. But you may not want to be seen with my ugly KIA lol.
I still have more conveyor belting also should you desire to air dam the front.
Noticed its not on smokeys list for improvements though.
There are alot of front facia spoiler designs for those cars though and it would look better when done too.
Dont know about costs??

Mine started off as a air dam but the stock aero effect of the car was OK so improvement was minor.
The much larger tires on front lowered my hiway speed rpms., but lifted the grill area forcing even more air through the lower grill area.
I loosened the Dam up and kicked out the centerpoint to have it spoil the massed air over the nose of the car.
My car is not pretty like yours so holes and such into the front fascia were non issues.
I have more of the material and your welcome to it but attaching to your car is something Im afraid would add ugly to it a little.
Thats why I listed those plastic aero nose caps keep your car pretty.
I gave my 01 civic to my son so he can look at the home made air dam effect for you first.
Not sure about the pizza pan Idea. it needs to be 15" to get rim full Ive not found any.
Wheel discs are expensive from my search $88, the stock honda civic covers are very close to disc but have a few vent holes for cooling rotors.
I liked the black paint Blackout look till I find the discs cheap.

Just thought of it the larger tires on my KIA I had mounted upon the Honda wheels and would take 5 minutes to put on to your car. .
So we could really test that effect too on your scan gage. That would be cool.
Tires are an expensive mod though so if you dont need new ones it would just be outa curiosity to see how much better mpg you could get.

Hey just read this one end to end and it may be what you need.
Ohio ECO MODIFICATION SHOP (cars for sale and ECO MODDING) (10-12-2012)
look for it in for sale column.
If you can open a box on your 00 civic and hit 60 mpg that would be awesome start.
Then we can play with the other stuff if you are still into that.
I may look for low mileage 98 -00 car myself if I can hit 75mpg for less than 5 grand.
to the devil with this 01 civic and 99 sephia and thier issues.

Well then Ill call ya scott for now LOL.
I am still awaiting estimated requirements from a few others but the conveyor material is still availible. I have about ?25- 33 feet at the house.
It works quite well for air dam material and side skirts. I can get more again next year also.
