Angry 04 Prius Slvg/Lost In Texas

Does anyone know what the OBD code P0A80 and P1150 mean??
These came from a 04 Prius Hybrid

P0A80 - The difference in voltage between 2 of the blocks in the battery pack is too high

Please define "blocks".? If the trac battery is not discharge/charge correctly in a group of cells.?

Isn't a block every 12 cells? I remember something about the system being broken into ~14+V segments for measurement.

I'm not sure what a block is. The guys on priuschat.com might be more helpful with this specific info.

Okay I borrow a Haynes Prius Repair Manual based upon a limited "teardown" and "rebuild". The OBD codes listed in the manual are about 4-5 pages because they cover model year 2001-2008 kinda dumb since Gen 1 Prius has significant difference from Gen 2. Anywho according Haynes 1150 code is coolant blockage. The other code is not printed in Haynes. However Toyota service writer related to Hybrid control system.
