I'm guessing you'll do lots of freeway miles and fewer stop/go miles because of its purpose. That means that you aeromods are more important that the (still important) weight reduction. The weight matters most in stop/go. And if you are going to lower the roof that much, you might look into better aero possibilities in the roof shape/slope.
