Description: I wanted to create a daily driver that is efficient in every way possible. This goes for the engine, the aerodynamics, the lighting, the stereo, the heating/cooling system... all of it! So, this is my project.
Build Thread:
Current Mods: =Drivetrain (2.0L SOHC + 3.55 trans)
-High(er) compression pistons (DOHC aftermarket for SOHC head)
-Mild Port/Polished head, milled .035
-Sudo-warm air intake (100-130*F)
-Crank scraper w/ Teflon
-Unorthodox Underdrive Pulley
-Pacesetter exhaust manifold
-EGR put back on
-Kat block heater
-Continental Ecoplus tires (55+ psi)

=AEROMODS
-Front grill block/redirecting
-Air dam + Extended bumper skirt (-4" from ground)
-Passenger wiper removed
-Passenger mirror delete
-Antenna delete
-Rear spoiler delete
-Rear wheel skirts
-Experimental cardboard/ziptie wheel covers
-DUCT TAPE!

=WEIGHT REDUX (200+lbs removed)
-Remove AC/Power Steering
-Remove/replace insulation and deadener
-Rota Slipstream wheels
-Odyssey tiny battery
-Misc weight redux (cut some metal here, remove some bolts there)

=ELECTRICAL
-Replace lighting with LEDs (all but headlights, turns, and brakes)
-Ultra-efficient stereo system (~93db:1watt)
-Solar Sun Roof, for charging and air circulation when parked.
-Upgraded grounds and wiring (possibly making alternator more efficient)
-Scangauge2
-Small battery tender charger each night to insure topped battery

Planned Mods: =ENGINE
-Swap hot cam for stock, adjustable cam gear
-Automatic cold/hot air intake system
-Oil heater
-Engine bay insulation

-Full wheel covers
-Convert trunk/rear window into hatchback (using template, in the works)
-automated shutter front grills

-Possible fiberglass/carbon fiber replacements here and there.
