Buy it. Even if it's trash, you'll get almost all your money back if you have to scrap it. If it gets you around through the winter it's more than paid for itself.

I honestly wont drive this in winter, some of the roads around here get very bad and I sometimes slip off even in my truck. I dont really want to try that in a car lol!

Awesome find! I'm sure that the Maxima will get much better mileage than the truck. It should pay for itself pretty quickly compared to the truck (according to EPA, you will save $1500 if you drive 5000 miles/year). How much is the Maxima? Do you plan on modding it? Is it the manual or the auto?

Its an auto with the top engine and here's the best part......its free! Turns out my grandparents are getting a new car soon so they said if I can fix it its mine, slight vacuum leak gives it a sorta bad idle and should take me all of a day or two to fix! Mikeyjd- no this isn't a troll thread......I'm being quite serious when I say I'm trying to get full economy out of a truck, I read the guides you provided and as far as driving style goes I am using most everything they said to do (short of keying off at lights) and most of the aero mods that I'm willing to do I've done already (air dam, grill block, cover,) and I'm currently working on a under frame shell to smooth out the airflow under my truck.....still torn between all metal or some sort of plastic
