On ebay you can buy something for almost 100 bucks thats a box with some flashing led lights and a hand full of 8 gauge wires you mount under the hood and to both battery leads. The tear downs shows its a cap inside. The wires basically help ground the stuff under the hood the cap helps to filter noise.

I bought a 3 x 5 port cigarette lighter adapters and 10 fuel sharks to go into the cigarette lighter sockets, and I filled up the tank.
That was 2 years ago. 30,000ks since and I still don't need any fuel.
I tells ya, they work really good...

Why not do what I did? I bought a thousand fuel sharks, wired them all together and now I simply run my car's engine at idle and it produces fuel. Next month I join OPEC.
