The Blade - Increase Fuel Economy by 30%?

Has anyone heard of this thing called "The Blade"? It's a filter attachment you put on the exhaust of your car that supposedly increases the fuel economy of your car by up to 30%, as well as physically capturing particles from the fuel emissions.

Is it worth investing in? Does anyone have any experience with it?

UPDATE: Here's the link I forgot to include!

How can you increase efficiency by adding to your exhaust? By that point you are just modifying gas flow. I would think you want to tinker with efficiency prior to or at combustion ... then again what do I know ..

So a cat-like filter increases the engine volumetric efficiency 32%? Psh.

So any thoughts? I mean is it feasible that this thing could actually work? I'm trying to figure out if it actually makes any sense. It sounds like the main thing it does is increase the efficiency of the catalytic converter by heating it to operating temp more quickly. But from reading it, I thought it said it increased the throttle position on average by 10%. From using my ScanGauge I've noticed that a higher TP usually means lower gas mileage. Am I going crazy? Or could this thing actually work!?

I think they pulled an attractive number out of the air and got some bogus testing. Hell, did they even do it? That's how these things work.
