It's a Japanese Kei class car - 660cc 3 cylinder. There's a pile of really interesting cars like this available.

This is the ONE case I would be thankful for an automatic (right side steering). A 4 seat Smart!

I do know that importing from Canada is not for the squeemish. Lots of hoops to jump through.
