Custom DIY Smooth Wheel Covers
They've been on the agenda for a while. I finally got time today 
Cutouts done first
Yay they fit!
Got them zip tied on after doing all the lug cutouts and paint done.
Tada!

They look really good, especially with the color matching, which is of course period correct. I'm not sure why you have black tape over the front end but I like how it separates the bodywork from the fender. You might think of doing a similar graphic breakup on the rear end. Plasti-dip the hood bulge and color-match that white grille block and it will be some sort of ecomodding Transformer!

I think the black tape is there to seal the gap between the headlamps/fenders and the bumper.

If you can lay some painter's tape down and use a spray/rattle can, then it could be fun.
