Yup, my fleet of 'Vics all have 3.27 non-lockers

I think 2.73 was the default and more common option for the non-police varieties, hence the slight mileage difference.

The 91 Vic is the older body style with a 302 (most likely). The 92 and later CV's had the OHC 4.6 liter engine.
