My issue with the Avion is that it is a relatively cramped 2 seat design with lots of "voids" around the car. The door sills are pretty wide, for example. Compared to the VW XL1, the size difference becomes fairly stark.

And both are quite good looking, as is the Schlörwagen and the Maybach Stromlinienkarosserie. Actually, the latter car is the "ancestor" to the Avion, I think?
