Definitely scary as hell having a steered fairing on the front wheel of a faired recumbent bike. The pivot axis must be a the center of pressure and mass to prevent flutter instability. They said in the news real that the rear tire blew out at 220 mph, it was damaged on earlier runs. The car rolled, flipped over and through him out, an awful video, discretion advised.

I assume a low CdA, based on low frontal area for 2-people. I suppose most tandems are better though.
