To have more often results (my European car is 7 years too old to be EOBD/OBDII) I filled up after 2 weeks, so at mid tank. As usually, I filled up at the same pump, I paused 6 seconds after the 1st click before filling up to the 2nd click. But I got so better results that it may have been caused by a short fill...

The car changed a lot with the rear wheel skirts and the hotter temps : the turbo activates more easily and my old habits (fast accelerations) are back . By modifying more my driving (trying to avoid turbo activation and coming back to my max speed before the skirts) I should do even better

I relearned my car and it seams I'm smoother. I also made the following changes :
- slower P&G (NICE-On) at 70-80 km/h (43.5-49.7 mph) instead of 75-85 (46.6-52.8),
- 2 or 3 EOC (on 500-750 feet each) per day during the second week (lower than 0.5% of total distance).
- upper grill block => engine is hot after 5-6 km instead of 9-10 and stays hot much longer
- folded passenger mirror during second week
- removed wipers during 2 days of second week

My 90 days (53.93 mpg) passed Daox's Paseo (52.84 mpg) and I'm closed to Johnny Mullet's Christine (54.16 mpg) and SVOboy's Vegan Powa! (56.5 mpg).

Others are always over my best tank.

[...] I'll emit less CO2 than a Prius II as soon as I have improved by 6%.

At 2.66 kg CO2/L, I emitted 100.1 g/km, ie I beat all hybrids available in France : InsightII (101g/km), Prius II (104g/km) and HCHII (109g/km). I have to improve by 11.1% to achive Prius III (89g/km).
