Just got back home and have double checked my figures. It's 282.48 for MPGuk and 235.21 for MPGus.
So, say I've got 5 MPGus and want to convert that to L/100km, I just divide 235.21 by 5 which I get 47 L/100km. If I've got 10 MPGus, using the same formula, I get 23.5 L/100km. So this should be do-able with a couple lines of code, depending on how efficient the program code is.
