Late to the Party, but ...

to incorporate the 'mirror effect' caused by the ground effect, I model using a partial 'reflection' as below:

I don't think it's a critical difference, but I know that this was done in wind tunnel tests back in the thirties (2 wind tunnel models attached at the tires to model the 'mirror effect')

Does this matter?
