Imagine if the Aerocivic had a small diesel like the VW 1-Litre concept car. It had a Cd of 0.159 and the Aerocivic is 0.17, that's only a difference of 0.011. The 1-Litre had a 1 cylinder air-cooled diesel making about 8 hp and 13 ft/lbs of torque. It made 235 mpg.
