You can get 1/8" o.d. copper & aluminum tubing for the a/c duct thing.

If you put the Paltier (sp) device in the trunk the heat can go there. Good insulation on the tubing will get more "cool" to your seat. If you have one of those electric coolers, which I think is a paltier device, You could put ice in it & turn on the cooling when the ice water gets too warm.

After looking at new cars with cooled seats, air pumped through perforated leather upholstery. You could take 2 sheets of suede, 1 perferated & one not, & sewed them together with serpentine quilting. Pumping air through the pad would keep the nether region cool. The cooler the air the cooler your chair. Small cooler would still apply.
