Do you want an engine pulley or an alternator pulley? If you just want an alternator pulley, I believe one from a Neon will fit. (I think they're the same shaft diameter.)
I'll check later when I check out my van (tomorrow) to see how the pulley is attached on the alternator. The one on the engine should just be bolted on (but you'll need a 2 jaw puller to get it off).
