Man, I just read through 6 pages of this and got a headache.
If it was my toy, I'd take it to the DMV and
try to get it registered as a car. Let them make it into a motorcycle. It's got 3 wheels. It's a motorcycle.
You don't want smog? What's the big deal? Use an older car.
