Two updates tonight:
Little one - prevented empty comments. Will improve this function a little bit to save the other have if you forget one of the fields. I had it working for a bit but it was buggy so I left it as is.
Big one - I have integrated all the EPA mileage/vehicle info databases from 1985-2009 into the site, so now you can search and select your vehicle from that data and have it auto-input some of the critical stuff. To do so, use the select template link here:

Furthermore, this feature will go a long way into making sure vehicles in the database are searchable, using consistent information, etc. I hope to use it both on GCA and EM for validating EPA numbers as well as the basis for building a larger database including CD and things like that.
