Here's an ole mechanic's trick o'the trade. If you got a diesel that's hard to start. (Be extremly careful) 1.) lightly satuate a mech's rag w/gas, 2.) hold over air intake (tight), to allow fumes (vapor), 3.)crank engine it should start, barring any mechanical failure's, 4.)do not repeat more than a couple of times without further investigation should engine fail to start.
