Alright, so here's my loot from this weekend's CSA pickup:

Cilantro, shell peas, spinach, beets, 2 heads lettuce, zucchini (summer squash), 2 onions, garlic, 3 potatoes. We normally get several choices, other things I could've received were basil, parsley, swiss chard, sugar snap peas, snow peas, yellow summer squash, various other types of lettuce (we got oak leaf). The choices vary by week - this is the first time I've seen potatoes, but this time there were no carrots. It really encourages one to eat healthily and cook more so as not to waste any of this delicious bounty. These veggies are unequivocally more nutritious than typical store-bought ones, as they were harvested yesterday, and didn't spend much time being transported or sitting in a produce section. This is an organic CSA, btw. Please share pics of what you get at your CSA - I'm curious to see what people get in different geographical locations.
