Actually, I don't quite get what Doug's story is....He runs a private company, unless he and Revenge merge, so he can't make money from selling stock. And, unless potential investors, gov't agencies offering funds, or those who might make business deals with him to produce motors, are really really gullible, he'll not get anyone to give him money.
