I have a Neon and I use it. My car is old and has around 200,000 miles on it. You need to run 3oz. per 10 gallon pure gas. Not more it has to be pure gas not ethinol/gas. You can run less acetone. Run at least 3 tanks for results. I am up to 37 MPG stop and go and 50 MPG long trip and that's with an automatic. Of course I drive 50 MPH and use other gas saving techniques. There are patents on fuel additives guess what the ingredient is? acetone. It will clean the carbon in older engines putting you up towards new car specs. You will have to replace your fuel filter when it gets clogged which it will because it cleans your fuel system including your tank. There are benefits in older vehicles even more than the new ones. I know someone who bought one of those new big Toyota jeep like suv's with a roof rack. They are using another solvent like acetone and told me they got 4 MPG increase. Beware there are corporate bloggers that want to mislead gas and motor savings it's not in Exxon's interest. I wonder if they get paid by the post or the week.
