I can't say for sure, because I spend very little time actually cruising at any constant speed. I'm usually either accelerating (slowly) or coasting to a turn/stop.
On one trip with longer stretches I tried to limit battery amps to roughly 80-100 and seemed to top out around 45 km/h (28 mph) on the flat bits.
