The half sized rads came in 92-00 Civics as OEM. You need to lean it back a bit, IIRC, to fit under the hood properly, as the 2/4gen Civic chassis has a lower hood line.
You can find "performance" and stock 1/2 size radiators on the eBay for anything from ~$40 to ~$300, with the all aluminum/chrome/polished ones being the most expensive.
