Yeah, I'd think the SOHC engine would have been mighty displeased with that many people. In retrospect, there was a life-saving argument to be made that only you and her should have gone to the hospital. But that's not something I would have thought of "in the moment".

Anyway, saving someone is a "good" waste of gas. Lots of gas being well wasted fighting our LA forest fires right now.
