Here's a stumbling block: the ignition has an immobilizer. Do I want to try to disable it and use all my stuff, or do I want to swap over the ignition cylinder. Also, I have the whole insight rack. Anyone know where I can get CRX spline info online without ripping out my rack? It might be worth it to use the insight rack...

A drill works... it's a pinch bolt that holds the steering column to the rack anyway, IIRC, it can't really slip anywhere, which means the splines aren't necessary. Even if it can slip, it would be simple enough to drill a hole through it and put a pin in, then still use the pinch bolt.
