I'd remove the ignition disable, as long as it's not part of the engine computer. If it is, then you'll have to wire it in, probably.
I sit here wondering how hard it would be to grab the approximate programming of the Insight's OBD 2 computer and throw a program together that could be flashed onto a OBD1 or OBD0 ECU, so that it could be wired in to the existing harness... I'm not sure how the leanburn and etc work though, or what sensors they rely on.
