I believe it's part of the ECU, it's a huge issue for people who do K swaps into older hondas.
I might just see if I can swap the rack in. I know many of the racks are interchangeable anyway, so we'll see. If anyone can find a picture of the crx lock assembly removed from the column that would help a lot, I'm having trouble finding one.
I would be working out in the garage today, but I'm feeling strange (dizzy) so I'm trying to get some of the intellectual crap out of the way...
