I thought it would be worth posting that there is a factory available partial belly pan and rear diffuser available for the Accord. It should definitely fit 05-07 and I believe that body configuration goes back to 03.

I have a 2007 Accord Hybrid and in addition to the extensive modification of the V-6 engine the engineers also added the above aero parts to the car.

The belly pans located between the front and rear axles in addition to smoothing both sides of the car also appears to lower that portion around 1.5 to 2 inches.

The rear diffuser seems to meet the requirements discussed here in Ecomodder and is also designed with strakes. Rear coverage could have been better on a car with less of a exhaust system (like the 4 cyl). Dual exhaust tubes with two large rear siliencers are part of the rear most underbody.

These parts were all done in a molded plastic of some type.

The Hybrid Accord was only produced from 05-07 and the numbers weren't great so the parts might be a bit tough to find used.

My vehicle also has a extensive pan under the front of the car. Don't know how that compares to the standard V-6 or 4 cyl on the Accord.

BTW that rear diffuser is probably the easiest way to spot a Accord Hybrid. You can see that long before reading the hybrid badge.

I don't drive it much but my car gets highway mileage in the 40's when the throttle actuator is properly programed so it would be interesting to have someone pop these parts on a 4 cyl or standard V-6 and see what they might contribute.
