Nice work, Will. Nobody I know has asked me to mod their cars for them.
FYI for those looking for one (of several) skirt mounting methods, I made brackets out of flattened and bent copper pipe for mine that didn't require drilling the lip of the wheel arch (out of concern for rust). They look like this:
