The Insight has a dual filament bulb, so there are both high and low beams from the same bulb. The CRX has two different bulbs, so one for high, one for low.
He took the Insight's harness and split the high/low power wires to use on the high/low bulbs in the CRX.
Ben, look up the mod for all-four-on highbeams. It's great.
