Maybe I just just use individual male/female connectors, but I'd rather do something a bit cleaner. Suggestions? All the spare plugs I have are like 20 pin and not 4 pin. Do stores sell them?

4 pin molex connectors from any computer store. They'll have both the male and female ends. Or, you could use the 4 pin trailer plugs as well.
Again, sorry about the knuckles. I thought they were usable. Next time, I'll check before I mention anything about parts.
