get a big piece of pipe, weld caps on each end, flanges to match the manifold and OE exhaust flange, bolt it in.
Go back to tractor supply, they might have some scrap pipe... or hit up a tuner shop, check their scraps... even a tractor-trailer dealer/shop/truck stop might have something.
