That is exactly why I don't use public transportation anymore unless the route is exactly the same as I would use in my car and there are no transfers.
I used to take the bus everyday to go to work. I did it for 2 years till last summer, but I got tired of the 45 minutes trips + waiting for the bus versus 15 minutes in a car.
