tazdrouille - I'd take my bike pretty much any time rather than the bus if the weather was nice. I checked the 'plan a trip' site for my home city and it was much worse. To go from my old house when I was a kid to where I currently live by car would take about 9-11 minutes on the 100km/h freeway, but by bus I'd have to go all the way downtown, transfer and then get to my current house. Total estimated time? 77 minutes! I'd rather walk.
