I wasn't even aware of how the HX was different from the other models or even what VTEC-E was until I started doing some research about two months ago. As I was looking for an affordable, high mpg commuter that was reasonably comfortable as well it was hands down one of the best choices out there.
Sorry, I have a 5 speed, as I'm allergic to small-engined cars with automatics
(although CVT is a better choice).
